High-Performance Camp

Camp Details...

  • The objective of this camp to help you return from the holiday break as a difference maker for your team in second half of the season.

​

​

  • Playing U10 through U18 in the 2023-2024 season regardless of gender or skill level

​

  • Goalies will be split into two groups of 12 based on age/skill for the on ice sessions

​

  • Capped at 24 total goaltenders to ensure you receive ample crease time​

​​​

  • 7:45am to 4pm (a detailed schedule will be emailed before Christmas)

​​​​​​​​​

  • 7.5 hours on-ice

​​

  • 1.5 hours of video sessions to prepare you visually for the on-ice sessions

​

  • 3 hours of off-ice strength and conditioning sessions 

​

  • 3 hours of sports psychology

​

  • 1.5 hours of helping you develop a pre/post ice routine

​​​

  • All your reps are recorded on an iPad so you can receive immediate on-ice feedback
